2003 Alison published The Really Useful
Directory which is a guide to goods and
services for the homeowner, this was offered to

Television
ITV1 - "60 Minute Makeover" - design director Julia Kendell. Beckenham, Kent January 2007.
"I was delighted to have
the opportunity to use Dukewood's Military furniture
for our recent show. It's rare to find this level of
quality in design, construction and finish for such
good value. I'll certainly be specifying Dukewood
again both for my clients
and future programmes."
Julia Kendell.
Julia Kendell is a
rising star in the world of interior design. Her
list of private clients includes many celebrities
and her designs are featured regularly in OK, 25
Beautiful Kitchens and Vogue. She also writes
articles for design journals. Julia's passion for
design started very young: she added a few years to
her age as a teenager to secure a Saturday job in a
London design studio. She has since trained in all
aspects of interior design and launched her own
design consultancy business from Henley-on-Thames
seven years ago. She is delighted to be back for a
second series of 'Sixty Minute Makeover' and hopes
to bring the benefits of good design, fresh ideas
and style to a wider audience.
